Requests for Proposals
and Qualifications:
To RFP Candidates:
HRTDC has received a request to extend the response
time for the RFP for development opportunities on
the Harriman Campus. HRTDC has determined that the
extension of the date will not unduly impact our
program implementation and will allow the three
development teams to strengthen their proposals
given the changes in market conditions over the past
number of months. Therefore, the return date for the
RFP is now established to be 4:00 pm, September 30,
2008. All other requirements and conditions remain
in effect.

2008 RFP Released
May 5th, 2008
On April 7, 2008 the Harriman
Research and Technology Development Corporation (“HRTDC”)
Board of Directors approved the release of a
Development Opportunity- Request for Proposals to
three selected development firms that had been
previously determined to be qualified for the
receipt of the RFP through a selection review
process conducted by HRTDC.
Firms selected to receive the RFP are: The Galesi
Group; Columbia Development; The Howard Group
Development Opportunity / Request for Qualifications
Request for Proposal “RFP” under which we are
soliciting proposals from candidates for a marketing
and design team that will address the following key
objectives by preparing a Market Assessment and
Comprehensive Master Plan for the redevelopment of
the W. Averell Harriman State Office Campus.
